안녕하십니까. 갑작스러운 접속장애 이후 서비스 이전 및 정상화에 이르는 불편한 상황에서도 저희를 믿고 기다려주신 몰포유 회원여러분께 먼저 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 서비스요금을 선납하신 분들을 포함하여 여러 회원님들께서 궁금해 하시는 (주)아이엔씨엔의 몰포유 서비스 이용료 정책에 대한 안내를 드리도록 하겠습니다. 1. 몰포유 월서비스요금은 기존 요금체계와 동일하게 운영됩니다. 2. 일반 몰포유 고객 기존 선납하신 요금에 대한 사용기간은 인정됩니다. 단, 하드디스크 사용량 및 접속량(트래픽)에 따라 잔여기간 중 추가요금이 발생될 수 있습니다. 3. 독립서버 고객 기존 선납하신 요금에 대해서는 서비스 만료일이 4월 30일 이전인 고객은 그대로 사용기간이 인정되며,이후인 고객은 4월 30일까지만 사용기간이 인정됩니다. 단, 계정수, 하드디스크 사용량 및 접속량(트래픽)에 따라 잔여기간 중 추가요금이 발생될 수 있습니다. 4. 에이스캐시(ACECASH) 기존에 충전하여 보유하고 계신 Acecash는 인정되지 않습니다. 이 부분에 대해서는 죄송합니다만 기존 서비스 업체 홈페이지(www.mall4ou.com)를 통해 상담하여 주시기 바랍니다. 에이스캐시를 제외한 상기 요금 체계에 대해 문의하실 사항이 있는 고객께서는 몰포유 고객센터 혹은 질문게시판에 글을 남겨주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다. |
